Encha Properties bought the Mandela Development Corridor (MDC) mandate from Atterbury Property Development. Encha will develop and market the multi-billion rand property development project. The City of Tshwane has consented to the purchase. This development promises to alter the skyline of Tshwane over the next coming years.

Tiego Moseneke says of the extension: "We have a duty and an opportunity to contribute towards the development of Tshwane into a model African Capital City."

The City of Tshwane has renewed the Mandate Agreement with Encha Properties in respect to properties referred to as the Mandela Development Corridor for a period of an effective 4 years.
